- Pour out the sand over the bricks, and then use a brush to sweep it in between the bricks to fill the cracks. This will lock everything down because now there's sand to keep the bricks from wiggling around.
This stage is much easier if you can dry the sand out first -- sweeping wet sand takes more effort than you'd think.
